Overall excellent stay in great location. The venue was fairly clean, offered very good staff and rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. We loved having walk-in showers.

The hotel itself was fairly clean and contemporary! Everything was perfect, however a few employees were extremely bad. Our room was impeccable and huge, loved it.

Exceptionally helpful hotel, exceptionally clean, highly courteous staff and the beds were comfortable. Room was pleasantly decorated when upgraded. The venue's setting was central. Again, it was relatively close to kilic ali pasha mosque and other sights in Istanbul. I had a fun stay and would come here again!

The decor was classic and the staff were affable. The staff did all they can for an AMAZING stay. The service was outstanding too. There was a perfect restaurant, stores and a bazaar next door.

Staff was highly efficient, room was modern and we loved wonderful location. The breakfasts here were enjoyable with very nice view and fruit and veggies. Service in the hotel was friendly too. Our stay was a really lovely experience😀😀

I truly enjoyed rooms and views of this hotel. A roof top restaurant was an advantage. The window of my economy double room was facing the sea. A wide array of food available in restaurant. Great value for money...

thanks for the stay here - will come back. i liked the place due to rooms and views. admired sea view from the window. i asked the clean up staff for help, and they settled my problems. they offered wake up service for free, that's pretty good.
